Question of Conviction Without Trial
and Extortion For "Anthrax"?
The record shows that US Department of Justice actively
assisted creation of an extensive "criminal history" which included a felony conviction
without any trial, hearing, or process of law. The US Department of Justice then arranged for theft of Administrative Law Order from USDC, NV by a Rescue Mission to
maintain the false convictions and then set a terrorist organization upon Chris Walters with apparent intent they wanted weapons of mass destruction.

Terrorist Tell Feds Thanks
Arranging Conviction Without Trial? We sure wanted too thank the Feds
for helping us to arrange a conviction of someone we felt we could acquire "Anthrax" from by
extortion. We were not smart enough to stop and ask why the US Department of Justice and
others were assisting our efforts or what might happen to us if we did run across another
organization which might have a strategic weapons capability. So here we stand barefoot,
naked, embarassed, and stupid with our own homepage on the internet and direct links to
every intelligence agency in the US and UN Security Council. Do you think we should cancel
the revolution or look for another line of work?

Theft of US Mail?
The United States District Court Eastern District Court appears to have an extensive
history of stealing US Mail from social service concerns including Social Security Checks and food stamps:
Barbara Woods was a young woman dying of a neurlogical disorder who was a client of the Sunshine Place in Modesto, CA. Barbara Woods was receiving SSI however the staff of the Sunshine Place refused to give her the checks and she was forced to life in an abandonded house until she slugged the manager of a local Burger King and got promoted to a nursing home.
Jerry Berry was a guest of the Modesto Gospel Mission who was also dying of a neuorolgical disorder and
visiting from Austin,TX. Jerry was upset to discover his money stolen from his wallet which is kept locked up in the mission closet overnight.
Walters v. US Marshal USDC,EDC 91-212 EJG/PAM questioned theft of US Mail. Although neither the Court nor US Marshal could answer this action at law a convicted felon Jerome K Smith arrived and
duly threated the Plaintiff to desist from recovery of his mail. After US Senator Alan Cranston
arranged for release of the Plaintiff's mail a Detective Fernandez of the Modesto Police Department arrived and seized Plaintiff's voter registration card and letter from US Senator Edward Kennedy. The Chief of Police at this time is also a member of the Board of Director of the Sunshine Place. Various concerns in Modesto went on to steal Food Stamps 1993;
Birth Certificate; and obstructed USDC Court Order from USDC
NV which was approved by Judge Garland Burrell apparently aiding an extortion attempt by a
terrorist organization.

Running The Plaintiff Out
of His Place of Residence
United States Senator Mark O Hatfield Chairman of US Senate Appropriations Committed
has created a case management admendment to Community Service Block Grants which
the United States Department of HUD is declining to implement. The Plaintiff
filed an action at law asking why the United States was continuing to warehouse
clients. The action at law was ended by having the Plaintiff run out of his residence a federally funded facility known as CERVS at 609 S Grape Street on the propery of the
Naumus Corporation in Medford, Oregon in 1988. That the Plaintiff was also a member of
the Board of Directors of CERVS was not a problem and no place of residence-no action at law.

Thank you for your most recent correspondence regarding the homeless. I greatly
appreciate your list of shelters on the West Coast Corridor which currently offer
work placement services. When the Senate considered the urgent relief for the
Homeless Act I added an amendment which would provide for case management to
track and assist the homeless in obtaining comprehensive services, including
job training. It is likely that this matter will come up during debate on welfare
reform. Your interest and compassion are to commended.
Kind Regards

Dear Chris:
This is to acknowledge and thank you for your November 15th,letter with
enclosures which I received in my office the same day.
Please know that I understand and share your concern over the fraud
and abuse uncovered in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development. As a first step toward making sure these abuses do
not reoccur, the House passed H.R. 1, The HUD reform act of 1989,
on November 14. I am enclosing a fact sheet which explains the
contents of H.R. 1.
I hope you will find this information useful. Again, many thanks for writing.
With best wishes for you, I AM
Sincerely Yours
Signed Carroll Hubbard
