was non existant computer training which as of 3 years has not occured.

involved in the education of foreign nationals instead of trying to educate it's own poor
and needy. A strange state of affairs to say the least. My computer instructor is missing
for over a week and I email his place of employment and ask if he ok. Madu Ireh, Ph.D. a native of Nigeria
to have me investigated by the North Carolina Bureau of Investigations because he can't identify
who send the email? Let me see if I understand this picture:
1. You are a native of Nigeria working for the University as an instructor-passing yourself
off as a security specialist to others-we call this a "False Flag Operation"

3. and cooked up some lame ass story to have the State University sucker the law enforcement
community into investigative a homeland security related project.

on the library desktops known as c:\winnt\system32\cmd.exe whose apparent function
is to delete desktop history when computer is shutdown.
2. We have in the past several days found 8-9 open email or web accounts because
when the system is rebooted it does not delete the temporary internet files.
3. The persons involved probally intend to use the temporary
internet files cache to either back up into websites & email accounts or try and retrieve password information from persons using the
internet.

Interesting idea... It may be possible to coat the entire bottom of
the Shuttle. The problem is how to make the coating stay on. The adhesive
that holds the small tiles onto the Shuttle has always presented a difficult
challenge. During launch and re-entry, the tiles are subjected to a
great deal of physical stress. The tiles hold up unless they are hit by
debris,but sometimes the adhesive lets go. Here at Kennedy Space Center, we

A 5 year search and millions of dollars later and Eric Robert Rudolph was captures where else-a small town

A Darrell Smart is carring wads of wanted posters in his
pocket and claims to be a bounty hunter working with Winston Salem Police Department who describes
himself as a former convicted felon and follower of Islam. When the Honorable Louis Farrakahan hears Darrell has
implicated the Nation of Islam in public comments soliciting the
assassination of the President in public places it is a good possibility Darrell will be subsequently found in a
case of Alpo. Officals of the Nation of Islam are believed to be
too intelligent to make public calls for the execution of US government officals.
A Darrell Smart has become a permanent attachment to my body
wandering around town stating he wants to kill the President, Vice President, and is planning to fly a plane
into the White House. I emailed Secret Service late one Saturday in June, 2003 and it is believed that someone at WinstonNET alerted him to the complaint. I never mentioned
the email to him however he is trying to explain his remarks the next day and offering to leave town. It is believed that someone at
monitored the email made from the Computer Learning Center at the Forsyth County Computer Lab
and altered suspect Darrell Smart to offer an apology and offer to take flight.

1. Library Security: reports several C drives have been stole from computers in
the Bill Gates Room
2. 9-17-2003 3PM a younger black man is sitting at research station A on 2nd floor and has installed his lap top computer on the research machine and
we are chatting about his computer work. He explains he knows it is illegal or that the library staff would object to what his hooking his lap top
to the library computer. Whatever it is his computer continues for for about a hour until the library staff tell him his time is up however never question is plugging
the laptop into the library computer system.
3. 9-13-2003 Saturday: Volunteer Lab Manager has come into the Computer Learning Center on her day off and has brought in a laptop computer and appears to have it hooked
into the computer peer network as she is explaining on the phone that she can't do what she needs with the lab equipment.
4. Several files are missing off my zip disc known as sanction.htm & sanction1.htm which could only be lost on zip drives used in Computer Learning Center. Fortunately I have
backup discs.
5. After a week after I suggest that the Library might check software on all library systems for unauthorized
programs the Library security guard reports 2 C drive units were stole from Computer Learning Center-which might if the purpose
of the theft was to conceal something installed on the drives or simply theft?

11. Bethesda Shelter Computer Lab Manager: Winston Net has donated some expensive computer equipment for
the less fortunate and 1 year free online service which worked great for a while. Unfortunately 1 of
the computer techs decided to remove windows 95 which worked great and botched installation of
windows 98 and the system has lost at least 50% of speed. The computer tech also has serious problems
with clients installing unauthorized software including but not limited to Star War screensaver; yahoo
messenger;.....North Antivirus reports it has captured 1 virus probally from clients using pornography.
The Lab Manager states he is concerned about loss of free services due to clients misuse of this service.
12. 8-17-2003 Computer Learning Center. A particular computer is malfunctioning like it
did last week and the lab monitor suspects it has a virus. So I switch to another machine and no problems.

This email site is being targeted by Willapa Harbor Chamber
of Commerce whose administrator has been advised they are transmitting virus and asked to not send any more emails. Lycos verified that
they actually sent this email nor asked to have the software used in their account and explained the site could not transmit email after 4-19-2004.
The email site still sends email as of 4-27-2004 and yahoo email shows no sign of virus infection. Lycos sent an automated reply KMM22263378V976LOKM

I was on the 2nd floor watching the librarian appear from the research area and
sort of shout at a patron you can't watch pornography here. Announcing to the patrons that you
have the ability to monitor their consoles is not a recommended survillence technique. Better to
have a police detective on duty in the building. A professional law enforcement officer has the
ability to resolve issues discreetly. In some instances the detective won't interfere with the patrons
activities because he wants to do follow up investigations.
