My Great misfortune Darrell Smart has appeared from out of nowhere
and seems bent on explaining he is going
to assassinate the President:

Mental Health- states he has had problems and meds.
Occupation: Day labor
Residence: Bethesda Day Shelter
Family North of Winston Salem,
Darryl Smart appeared a few weeks ago and represents
himself to be an occassional police informant and
carries flyers on wanted fugitives in his pockets.
Unsolicted conversations he volunteers information he hates the United States; wants to throw hand grenades
at members of the White House...... Apparently disappeared after being evicted from SAMM shelter.
5-3-2003 8;30 AM AME Chruch Breakfast. Darryl Smart appears decides to sit down with me at breakfast
and explain in a room full of people that he is joining militant groups and something about going to fly air
plane into White House next week. Darryl probally couldn't even afford bus fare to Virginia much less
plane fare anywhere.
5-4-2003 Darryl wandered up says he feels better and is going back to families home outside of town.
Recommend interview by US Secret Service with mental health evaluation to see if his meds are ok and
don't let him on a airplane.
Sorry you can't confess to a person who is not entitled to pratice in Title 18 CRIMES. Only
