QUESTION OF IMPEACHMENT OF JUDICIAL
OFFICERS IN EASTERN DISTRICT CALIFORNIA
Dear United States Senator Diane Feinstein:
The United States District Judge Garland E. Burrell, Jr issued an
Order November 22nd, 1996 which Rules and Finds and Sanctions the
Obstruction of Federal Court Order issued by Presiding Judge Lloyd
George of USDC, NV 1996 CVS 892 LRG by a private party in
Modesto,CA on October 23rd, 1996 is a private matter and
challenges the obligation of Chris Walters to report a violation of
Federal Crime as required by Title 28 USCS 4 Misprison the felony.
Given an obvious attempt by Officers of the US Distict Court,
Eastern District of California to attempt to Sanction theft of US
Mail, and Obstruction of Court Process and other violations of
Title 18 CRIMES I believe a great many voters in California might
agree that a question exist as to the ability and fitness of
Officers of the USDC in Eastern District of California to continue
to serve on the Federal Bench.
Walters v. Louis Freeh USDC,NV and Walters v. Louis Freeh and US
Senator Orrin Hatch USDC, EDC question the use of NCIC to represent
convictions of persons no court action, due process, or legal
process has occurred. I gather that various governmental agencies
lacking a desire to prosecute cases in a court of law have
simply created their own convictions and inserted them into the
National Crime Information Center using the "criminal history"
which of will enrage a great many voters here in California and
draw into question the fitness of Judicial Officers to serve the
Government.
