Communication

In addition to a Masters Degree, the Department of Communication offers seven bachelor degree options:
Coursework helps students understand the processes involved when humans communicate with each other.

Students in the various programs focus their study within the context of the mass media, journalism, training (adult education in business or government), secondary school education, interpersonal/group communication, or rhetoric/humanities. To create student opportunities, the department is involved in the university newspaper, campus television studio, organizations, intercollegiate speech and debate, and internships with business, industry, and non-profit organizations.
