Your Honor:

A question of Judicial Misconduct or Contempt of Congresspursuant too Title 28 USC 372(c) Resignation and Retirement of Justices and Judges and orContemptexist in a cause removed from several US Circuit Court of Appeals too the Judiciary Committees of 107th Congress too wit:Title 18 USC Sec. 1505. 3. US Congressman Todd Platts, Pennsylvania During a meeting 8-29-2001 with Congressman Todd Platt's staff a question was asked if continued efforts to destroy and hack internet sites addressing questions to Congress... are related to previous destruction of "evidence and testimony" addressed too 107th Congress http://members.nbci.com/ssireform http://nemd3.tripod.com were marked "Evidence and Testimony" before the Congress and UN and were hacked off the internet or removed from the internet and submitted as possible acts of Contempt of Congress

4. On or about 8-30-2001The Adams County Library computer server hacked a site apparently to destroy or alter part of the internet site https://www.angelfire.com/id2/ssireform marked "Evidence and Testimony Too Congress". 7. 11:50AM 9-4-2001 Adams District AttorneyLetter advising the Criminal District Attorney of Adams County of possible violations of Title 18 CRIMES.

Discussion

Do acts of stalking and obstruction of counselby various parties in and around Adams County, Pennsylvania into legal issues removed from US Circuits in Western United States to 107th Congress draw into question the fitness of members of US Department of Justice; local Federal Judges; and US Circuit to preform their duties? The Court might concur that ejection of the nonparties is a simple; adequate; and traditional remedy too interference with matters before the federal judiciary; followed if needed by fines; and sanctions as the Chief Officer of the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals might direct.
