A question of Judical Misconduct and possible Contempt of Congress have been formally served on the United States Congress arising from
questions of law removed from 9th, 11th, and 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals. Several specifications involving questions of tampering involving parties in Moorhead, Fargo, North Dakota area are mounted on the internet http://www.geocities.com/contemptcitationus.
We have served on the United States Attorney and other parties at Fargo, North Dakota a Notice of Revocation of Privacy Waivers to avoid additional unlawful 3rd party joinders. The legal notice explains that non parties to cannot join actions in US Circuits or before Congress without permission of the court, stalk counsel; read counsels papers; steal counsels mail; destroy internet sites marked evidence and testimony before Congress; vend or dispense federal law without a license; attempt to advise any judicial authority what the court of it's officers should or should not do......
