Many thanks to the US Congress for Passage of the Antispyware Act and permitting me to submit a database of several hundred incidents suggesting abuse of the American Patriot Act by either criminal; terrorist; or political interest. The question being asked today seeks more detailed instructions to preserve the integrity of the "American Patriots Act". Our research questions continued unlawful or inappropriate contacts which sidestep Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure; Rules of Congress; and Vienna Convention currently in progress in the 9th US Circuit Court Of Appeals:

1. Obstruction of Congress various concerns made excellent use of security laws to hack and obstruct questions addressed to US Congress.

2. Hacking emergency management research? if your hacking internet research research or emergency services you are either a "terrorist" or world class moron.

4. Foreign based terrorist are well documented to operate in North Carolina Collges and Universities going way back to the 1980's. When the Feds eventually discover Bunny and friends make extensive misuse of law intelligence and intelligence assets to engage in serial stalking of patrons will probally have an short and exciting future.

5. Porn, Terrorism, Drug Dealing? When a person or organization steals or acquires the password control of an email or internet account the first question I ask is what are they using the site for? I have reported theft of huge amount of email and website and haven't got a clue who is using it or for what.

6. Idaho Terrorist This group is associated with Republican or conservative cause spent over 1 year trying to destroy homeland security related research; voc rehab projects; and may have delivered Anthrax in a letter to ADA County Courthouse in 1999.

7. Reports to US Senate Subcommittee On Intelligence is a question as to wheather a "church based ministry"fielded an Anthax Salesman while engaged in an extortion attempt after trying to arrange a fictious conviction Texas without benefit of trial.

8. This is a review of the FBI Complaint filed in Seattle, WA in October, November, 2006 concerning computer hacking at the Washington State Work Force Office CSO.

The Honorable Howard Coble has stated publically he would have any federal official or federal Judge's head in a mellon basket he caught attempting to amend or change a US Statute without the approval of Congress in March, 2004. The particular mechanism for execution were not discussed in detail in his press conference however it was possible to ascertain:

2. The 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals has authorized me to act as Ad Hoc Counsel to an obscure agency for the UN and Committees of Congress and communications between the United States and counsel is not facilitated through US Patriot Act but by the following authorized means:

The American Patriot Act was passed into law to provide for the National Security interest of the United States and network administrative tools are generally provided to a network administrator to provide for an institutions welfare. While the scope and intent of the laws are clear a number of criminal; terrorist; and political interest have found it expident to hijack the law for their private interest.

For about 30 years I have been a member of the private security and investigations industry and haven't owned a gun in years; have never had to kill or severly injure another person. I am currently doing research out in the boonies on Consolidated Command and Control Structures in emergency management. We also have on going extensive serial stalking by various concerns making apparent misuse of provisons of the American Patriot Act during a period of declared national emergency. I would be very embarassed to wind up killing someone out here in the field and learning later they worked in Homeland Security or mistakenly believed they were authorized by Title 18 to violate Title 18 Impersonator Making Arrest pratice federal law...

I'm almost positive the United States would not appreciate or need the UN imposing diplomatic sanctions. If the problems we are discussing continue I might ask if they be deferred to the Honorable Howard Coble to explore official abuse by administration of electric power of the offenders testicles and vaseline on their back sides.
