Notice of Removal

The Plaintiff Chris Walters has received the Order of July 19,
2000 of the Court and ask the Court to note that this cause
was removed:

1.	Exhibit A
	Title 4 Misprison the felony the question of who 
	seized email and replies from US Congress was 
	referred to US Senate Judiciary	Committee.

2.	Exhibit A
	A question of Judicial Misconduct was filed
	with 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals mailed
	from Nampa, ID  7-28-2000 Reciept #1563225
	to attention of Chief Circuit Court Judge.

3.	The Court is asked to note the party who seized
	Plaintiff email released control of the site
	several days later.

The Plaintiff therefore seeks permission to withdraw
the previous complaint seeking relief pursuant to Title
4 Misprison the felony.
