Dear Criminal District Attorney:
Hello there I am visiting your nice community of Gettysburg and Adams County
Pennsylvania for a brief period of time and doing some work and upgrades on
legal questions related to US Circuit Court Proceedings and questions removed
too Congress. A number of incidents involving possible computer related crimes
have occurred here in Adams County which might actually be problems on a regional
server or compute node:
1. Alternation of "dead.jpg" on webserver which occurred at Adams County Library and blocks on email.
2. Blockage of access to internet site for about 10 minutes at Gettysburg College.
3. 9-2-01 beancounter no longer appears on some local computer.
Because there is a remote possibility someone in the local law enforcement community might involved I have appended a brief which explains that no 3rd party can join either matters before US Circuit Courts nor Congress without the expressed permission of for instance Chief Judge of the Circuit…. Obviously reading counsel’s papers, stalking, obstructing counsel… are all prosecutable federal offenses in matters which as I explained to your Congressman have no relationship to anyone in the State of Pennsylvania.
